"This is a common occurrence that happens in people's lives. The San Diego Downtown Rotaract invited Sandra Schrift to speak on Appreciating Individual Differences. She showed us how people with different personalities, can get the wrong impressions from the way they treat each other. She spoke about the different personality types and the differences between them. She also stated that the golden rule is nice, "treat people the way you want to be treated," but the "platinum rule" is best, "treat people the way that they want to be treated." I would recommend learning from Sandra because she showed us that to the extent we give people what they need, they will give us what we need."
